I think we can speak on behalf of a lot of us when we say that Shrek is a movie we all love. Whether you are a child or an adult, the charm of it never fades.
It’s a classic amongst many fans and will forever remain a timeless classic.
It goes without saying that Shrek is one of the most iconic characters in the history of animated movies and the movie has to go down in history as one of the most quotable movies of all time right?

We couldn't start our favourite moments no other way. The opening sequence for this movie is one to be remembered and for us, All Star by Smash Mouth will always be known as the song from Shrek.

As annoying as you may find him, you can’t help but love Donkey! His energy and enthusiasm is something we wish we had to be honest! We reckon we could do a whole blog post just on our favourite Donkey moments. From his cheesy grin to his singing, he's one of the most iconic and memorable characters of all time.

Hands up if you say this in everyday life?
One of things we love most about the movie is the brotherly friendship that forms between Donkey and Shrek. Although, a lot of the time the friendship is very one sided and very enthusiastic from Donkey’s end. The unlikely pairing is not one to mess with and for us, are who truly make the movie what it is today. They go on adventures, they fight and they reconcile and even though 99.9% of the time Shrek is annoyed at Donkey, their friendship puts a smile on our faces and we wouldn’t want it any other way.
I like that boulder, that is a nice boulder.
What an absolute classic. It goes without saying that pretty much everything Eddie Murphy says in this film, will forever be iconic. Long live Donkey!
