Our favourite pizza-loving, crime-fighting heroes - Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo have hit the big screen once again with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem out now in cinemas in the UK and soon worldwide! We've been turtley excited to see what chaos our favourite heroes in a half shell get themselves into and now, the wait is finally over!

To celebrate the movie release of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, meet the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: four brothers from the sewers of NYC. Raised as ninjas by their wise rat sensei, Splinter, in the sewers of New York City, Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo embark on exciting adventures to protect the city from evildoers.

Leonardo

Leonardo (Leo) is dedicated, disciplined, and selfless. He's a perfectionist with a strong moral sense. Because of his serious responsible nature, Leo is like the big brother of the group, Splinter's right hand turtle, and the unofficial leader of the team. 

Leonardo's weapon choice: Twin Katana Swords

Raphael

This hothead is also the most opinionated, impulsive, and restless ninja turtle! Raphael (Raph) loves nothing more than to test himself in battle, and trains for sheer enjoyment! He's usually the one to leap into action, and it's nearly impossible to get him to back down.

Raphael's weapon choice: Twin Sais

Donatello

Donatello (Don or Donnie) is the brain of the group. He has an awesome ability to understand how things work - anything! From computer robotics, combustion engines, rocket propulsion systems, to the light in the fridge, and more. Donnie's a certified, self-taught genius!

Donatello's weapon choice: Bo Staff

Michelangelo

Michelangelo (Mikey) is the impressionist, practical joker and class clown. He soaks up all kinds of info from radio, TV, video games, etc. He's also the most athletic but the least excited when it comes to training.

Michelangelo's weapon choice: The Nunchaku

Splinter

Splinter - A mutant rat, is the philosophical and martial arts teacher - the sensei - to the teenage mutant ninja turtles. He's a master in ninjitsu, and has taught the turtles the secrets of the ninja, the bushido code and the warrior's way.

April O'Neil

A headstrong and fierce reporter, April is always out to get the latest scoop. She also happens to be one of the turtles' only human friends and it's a good thing, because her friendship with them not only gives her exclusive footage of their encounters with villains, but the turtles always come to her rescue whenever she needs them.
